About Me: I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience helping families overcome challenges and build stronger connections. I specialize in working with families navigating anxiety, behavioral challenges with children and teens, family conflicts, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change occurs when we support the entire family system, rather than focusing solely on the child. I utilize ESFT through a systemic, trauma-informed lens, helping families understand the underlying factors contributing to emotional and behavioral concerns while strengthening the relationships that support healing and growth. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to improve family functioning, enhance parent-child attachment, build effective parenting strategies, and create more positive patterns of interaction at home. My goal is to help families move beyond managing symptoms and toward meaningful, sustainable change by fostering connection, resilience, and emotional well-being for every member of the family.
